We kindly ask that you RSVP at your earliest convenience, and no later than August 6th. After this date, any unanswered invitations will be considered a decline in order to meet our vendors' deadlines. Thank you so much for your understanding and prompt response!

The ceremony will start promptly at 4 pm. We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes before the ceremony starts to find your seat and settle in. You won’t want to miss the big moment!

After the ceremony, the couple’s immediate family and wedding party will head out for photos. Meanwhile, guests are invited to make their way into the reception hall to enjoy cocktail hour—drinks and hors d'oeuvres will be flowing! Dinner will be served around 6 PM, followed by an evening of dancing and celebration.

Absolutely! We want all of our guests to enjoy the celebration (and the food!). We’ll be serving a buffet-style dinner with a variety of options, including choices for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies. If you have a specific concern, feel free to let us know when you RSVP so we can make sure you’re taken care of.

We love your little ones - however, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of children in our immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening to have a fun date night!

We are so grateful to celebrate this special day with our closest family and friends. Due to limited space, we kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation attend. If a plus one has been included for you, their name will appear on your RSVP. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Please Note: No Camping at the Venue!! While overnight camping is not permitted at the venue itself, we’ve arranged complimentary bus transportation at the end of the night. The bus will make one trip from Maxville to Gravel Hill Road in Monkland (aka the Bride & Groom’s home) — where camper parking and overnight camping are welcome! If you're planning to camp, the address is 17080 Gravel Hill Road, Monkland. Feel free to bring your camper and settle in for the night! Exact bus departure time will be shared closer to the big day!
